Also, in mid rental I asked if the person that delivered the dumpster could wait for me to fill and take away when finished. Only dumpster company to answer the phone on a Friday night!!!! Had a dumpster there at 9am the next morning, then picked up in the afternoon as I requested. They were able to deliver a 2nd dumpster the next morning (on time again). Very professional, accomodating, and easy to work with. Will use again for sure!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I've used Bin There Dump That. On both occasions I found the staff to be very courteous, professional and helpful. They helped me select the appropriate size bin for my project and showed up exactly when they said they would. Any time I have a need for a dumpster this is the only call will make.

I submitted a request online on a Friday around 4:45pm asking for a dumpster to be delivered the next day which i figured was a ridiculous request. To my surprise, Ken called shortly after and said 'yes', a dumpster could indeed be delivered that Saturday! I had been trying to get a dumpster delivered by another company (Budget Dumpster) for over two weeks and each day being told by them ‘it might be there today’. It never came and I was sick of calling their support reps every day. Ken’s friendly and professional attitude restored my faith in humanity. He did exactly what he said he would and showed up with a sparkling green dumpster on a Saturday! Plus, he had no problem placing it into a really tight spot and is a genuinely nice guy. I am VERY happy I chose Bin There Dump That. Here's why: 1) Above all else, Ken was awesome to work with. Seriously. When he came to pickup my dumpster, it was only 2/3 full. He talked with me about my project, discussed what material I still needed to get rid of (and what he could and couldn't take), and encouraged me to keep it a few more days (free of charge) so I could fill it the rest of the way and get my full money's worth. In the end, he saved me the expense of renting a whole other dumpster, rather than going for the sale, which he could have easily done. This alone is why I'll exclusively use and recommend bintheredumpthat from now on. Seriously, I can't express how much I appreciated that. 2) I paid EXACTLY what was advertised on their website. In contrast, I got quotes from other places that were often higher than what those companies advertised on their websites. 3) When the dumpster was delivered, they placed it on their own wooden support beams to protect my driveway. They're the only company I found that offered this simple but convenient service. Other than that, delivery and pickups were on schedule and communication was great. I'm a tough sell, and I'm sold. I'll use Bin There Dump That exclusively from now on.

The thought of having to rent a friends truck for at least a dozen trips ... or a uhaul no less ... and the hours and days I would have spent making trips to the dump is overwhelming.
